We strive to provide the easiest transactions as possible, as we are an import business we cannot guarantee certain things.
Our knowledge of issues such as defects in wheels and other items are sourced from the original sellers in japan, typically they are very open with any issues with items but not everyone is as honest as we'd like, we check over each item thoroughly but there may by issues we cannot notice (such as a slight unbalance in a wheel)
We do not accept any returns, however in very particular cases we may give you the option to get close to a full refund (We have to account for lost profit)
